Not only was their sign stunning and well made, but it was delivered promptly and the installation process was so simple and effective. They provide you with all of the tools to help make sure the install is well done. Such a wonderful touch. Furthermore, their aftersale service is impeccable. They are fast, responsive, and respectful of their clients. I am so pleased with this company that I am trying to find additional reasons to purchase from them. I'd give them a 10 stars on 5 if I could.

I had high hopes for this product and company but ended up being a little disappointed. First off, the courrier service they use here in Quebec is a joke. They don’t update the tracking on their site, and when they do, it states that they attempted to deliver and will try again the following day, absolutely not true! Now with regards to the product, one of the numbers had a faulty hole, so I couldn’t screw in the anchor screw, I ended up filling it up with silicone to “glue” it in. Then came the drilling into my brick house… the provided drill bit is not of good quality. After about 3-4 holes, it ended up being useless. I’m a 210 pound man, this was not an easy task! I ended up having to go to the hardware store to buy a new drill bit to finish the job, not impressed here again. Don’t worry here, I had a dewalt drill with the hammer function turned on. Lastly, whenever I look at my new modern looking address, the number 6 looks slightly off, like it’s just a little higher than the other numbers (I have a 4 number address, and the 6 is the last number). Beautiful, quality product that is easy to install, even for the inexperienced. Everything needed for install is included removing the headache of having to go buy additional things. The product looks good and you can actually see the numbers from the street in the evening, without squinting. Shopping experience was good and shipping was very quick. I did make a mistake in the color when ordering so I sent an email to see what are the return process and how to proceed and with an amazingly quick response back from the company, they had managed to catch my package before it left and thus saved me from paying additional shipping charges for returns from my own mistake. AMAZING customer service!
